George Clerie

IMPACT195 Founder; Exec. Pastor of Ministries

George is unique mixture of spiritual entrepreneur, equipper and Pastor at the Rock Church in San Diego, CA. His passion is to help people discover and live with the personal significance that comes from knowing Jesus and making a positive impact on the world for His sake. At age 23 he began working at Horizon Christian Fellowship as an intern pastor. Upon completion he married the love of his life, Nannette, and a month later the two of them moved to Pushkin, Russia to plant a church. After six years they moved to Calvary Chapel Bible College Europe where they served for two years developing curriculum, equipping students, and sending out missionaries. In 2001 they relocated to Mexico where they helped set up and administrate Festivals of Life for Horizon Christian Fellowship in Queretaro and Aguas Calientes. After nine years on the mission field they returned to San Diego where George served as the Director of the Horizon School of Evangelism (HSE) for seven years. In 2010, sensing a call to a new chapter, George resigned as director of HSE to launch a totally new and innovative discipleship school in conjunction with the Rock Church in San Diego called IMPACT195 School of Ministry.  God blessed his efforts immensely and established IMPACT195. George now serves as the Executive Pastor of Ministries at Rock Church. He and Nannette have been married for twenty years. They have two children Eliana and Jackson. George earned his Masters of Divinity from Azusa Pacific University.

Scott Wessell

IMPACT195 School of Ministry Director

At five years old, Scott knew that God had called him into ministry. He followed that call to become a third generation pastor in his family. His passion is to teach Gods Word, see it transform people’s lives and have them step out in faith to impact the lives of others. He helped launch IMPACT195 School of Ministry in 2010 and now serves as Director of the program. Scott has his Masters in Religion from Liberty Theological Seminary. He is married to Dina Wessell and they have two wonderful children, Aiden and Callen.

David Brown

IMPACT195 Assistant Director

David Brown doubled majored in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of New Mexico and recently earned his Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty University. David worked as a successful Mortgage Broker & Real Estate Investor for 5 years. As the twists and turns of the markets left David bankrupt in the world, God gave him an opportunity to grow rich in Christ. Months later he applied to study at a year long discipleship school where God bound up his heart and called him into full time ministry. David helped launch IMPACT195 School of Ministry in 2010 and has served in the outreach, academics, and mentoring departments, and currently serves in the role as IMPACT195 Assistant Director. He is part of the Pastoral Support Team at the Rock Church and has a passion for missions having led and co-led teams to the Sudan, Haiti (x2), Asia (x3), the Philippines, and India (x2). Dave is married and blessed to serve alongside his wife Melissa at IMPACT195.

Dina Wessell

Assistant to Executive Pastor of Ministries

Dina Wessell has a passion to help people reach their God given potential and live extraordinary lives by serving Jesus. Since 2006, she has been serving the Lord in full time ministry by discipling people and overseeing ministry operations. She helped launch IMPACT195 in 2010 and currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the founder IMPACT195 School of Ministry and Executive Pastor of Ministries at Rock Church. Dina has her doctorate in educational leadership and management from Alliant University. She is married to Scott Wessell and they have two amazing children, Aiden and Callen.

Jeff Doria

Academics Coordinator

Jeff has an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Business Administration from New Mexico Military Institute. He gained a BS in Political Science and International studies at University of California, Irvine. Jeff has also owned an international sales and marketing organization in the wellness industry for the last nine years. In addition to graduating from IMPACT195 School of Ministry, Jeff has also successfully completed a yearlong men’s discipleship program (Men of the Rock, Ironman) and is currently in his third year of study for his Masters of Divinity at Bethel Seminary in San Diego. Jeff currently serves as the Academics Coordinator for IMPACT195 where he coordinates and oversees the development and establishment of curriculum. Some of his favorite classes to teach include studies from the book of Mark, Stewardship and curriculum for DESIGN week.

Priscilla Crisologo

Operations Assistant

Priscilla Crisologo majored in Accounting. After working in corporate accounting for three years, God led her into full-time ministry. She's been serving with IMPACT195 School of Ministry in the Operations Department since 2010. She loves being able to use her accounting skills for God's glory and feels so blessed to witness God provide financially for student's and Rock Ambassadors in amazing ways on a regular basis! Priscilla also served as a leader for 4 years in Rock Church's 1825 Young Adult Ministry, where she met her husband Chris Crisologo.

Tiffany Dixon

Operations Coordinator

Tiffany Dixon earned her Associates Degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology in Hospitality Management in 2001. She also completed a yearlong discipleship program in San Diego during 2008. Tiffany worked for a decade in catering management as a food and beverage supervisor, banquet server, banquet captain, banquet coordinator and assistant banquet manager at the prestigious Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego until she left her position to serve full time at IMPACT195 School of Ministry as the Operations Coordinator. Tiffany and her team provide much needed to support to the six other departments at IMPACT195 in addition to managing the thirteen-plus School of Ministry events each year onsite. Tiffany spends countless hours counseling incoming students and current students, while discipling graduates serving in internships within her department.

Janice Freeman

Prayer Coordinator

Janice Freeman is co-founder of a 17 year old local printing company and resident of San Diego for nearly 30 years. In 2004 she started ReignWater, a bottled water ministry with Scripture on the label that is used in street evangelism and Christian outreach. Janice serves at IMPACT195 School of Ministry as the Prayer Coordinator. She champions prayer at the ministry by mobilizing, facilitating, and discipling various prayer teams at the school, home prayer meetings and special events. These prayer groups worship the Lord and pray for the IMPACT195 ministry, Rock Ambassadors, the nations, and those requesting prayer. Janice and her husband Grant have 2 children.

Terri Spencer

Outreach Coordinator, Marketplace Lead

Terri Spencer owns her own company where she manages several commercial real estate properties around San Diego. For the past five years Terri has been serving the Lord through discipling others, managing facilities and overseeing outreach and impact international short-term trips. She helped launch IMPACT195 School of Ministry and is currently serving as the Outreach Coordinator.

Melissa Brown

Mentoring Lead, Night Team Overseer

Melissa has her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Hope College. She studied one semester aboard at the University of Wollongong in Australia and graduated from a yearlong discipleship program shortly after. She is currently serving on the Pastoral Support Team at Rock Church and mentors, teaches, co-leads international impact trips and serves with missions equipping at IMPACT195 School of Ministry. Melissa was the first ever Rock Ambassador of Rock Church, living her first six months in an orphanage with Haitian children. Her additional year in Haiti laid groundwork for the first ever Rock Church orphanage and future super food kitchen. Melissa is married to David Brown, Assistant Director of IMPACT195 and loves to serve along side her husband on a daily basis.

Ryan Haggerty

Recruiting Coordinator

Ryan's background in sales and marketing led him to become an owner and operator of a small business in Orange County where he and his team developed it into a million dollar operation. After surrendering to Christ in March of 2005 God led him to leave his career and enroll in a year-long discipleship school. Upon graduating the program, he took on a leadership position and has served full-time in ministry ever since. Ryan has served in a variety of roles in mentoring, teaching, missions, marketing and recruiting. Ryan has a huge heart and passion for a move of God in his generation. Ryan is father to an adorable little boy named Jonathan and he and his wife Robin are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their their newest family member this summer.

Fredrick Clerie

Global Outreach Department, Haiti Base Overseer

Fredrick Clerie was born in Haiti and came to America at age sixteen to pursue his education. He climbed the corporate ladder to become Vice President of Quality Assurance at Bayer's HealthCare Division and Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Illumina Inc. In 2010 God called him to leave his job and volunteer full time at the School of Ministry, where he served faithfully and joyfully as Missions Director.  Fredrick is currently transitioning to a new role as one of the Coordinators for the Global Outreach ministry of the Rock Church.  He and his wife Marcia have two grown sons: George, Executive Pastor of Ministries at Rock Church & Founder of IMPACT195 School of Ministry, and John who works as a systems analyst in Florida.

Darah Wilson

Global Outreach Department, Manager

Darah has a degree in Marketing Communications from Stonehill College and is a Gallup Certified Strength Coach. Originally an “East coast girl” from Rhode Island, Darah moved to San Diego in 2005. After working five years in Human Resources at Rock Church, she transitioned out of her role of Hiring Manager and joined IMPACT195 School of Ministry shortly after. Six weeks after graduation, she left for Haiti to serve as a Rock Ambassador for eighteen months. In Haiti she taught English, lead Bible studies and facilitated IMPACT195’s first international discipleship school, laying groundwork for future long-term teams to the island. Darah now serves at as the Rock Global Outreach Coordination Manager where she uses skills gained Human Resources along with her experience on the mission field.

Jenn Chen

Rock Ambassador, Thailand

Jenn earned her BS and MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Hawaii in 1994 & 1996. She earned an additional Masters in Business Administration from UCLA in 2007 and graduated from a yearlong discipleship program in San Diego in 2009. Jenn has served as the Do Something Events Director for Rock Church, Rock Missions Operations Director and moved to Africa for a longer stint as a Rock Ambassador in 2011. She currently serves as a Rock Church Outreach Director where she mentors 34 different outreach ministry leaders. Jenn has taught classes on Oral Discipleship and Missions Equipping at IMPACT195 School of Ministry and has a heart to disciple students. Jenn has also gained a growing passion to bring hope and light to Southeast Asia and is working towards launching long term discipleship, church planting, and transformational community development in 2014.

Francisco Villasenor

Rock Ambassador, Mexico

In 2001, Cisco received his Bachelors degree in Psychology from Western State College in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and competitively ran on their three national championship cross-country team. Cisco served as both a Bible study leader and an intern for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Cisco also served as a mentor to high school and young adults while being a part of Tbarm Sports Camps after completing their yearlong discipleship program. Cisco graduated from the Horizon School of Evangelism (HSE) in 2004 and later served as an HSE outreach facilitator, leader of numerous international trips, an a mentor to and overseer of first semester students. Some of Cisco’s favorite classes to teach have included studies through the books of Romans, Ephesians, Mark, Philippians, 1John in addition to courses on evangelism, public speaking, and spiritual gifts. Currently, Cisco is a team member at IMPACT195 School of Ministry, where he loves to inspire and motivate others. He has been married for nearly seven years to his wife Naomi has two daughters; Serena who is sixteen and Ariel who is ten months. Cisco has a heart for the nations and has helped to lead 20+ international trips.

Naomi Villasenor

Rock Ambassador, Mexico

Naomi was working towards becoming a probation officer in Los Angeles when God very clearly redirected her to Bible College. She attended Calvary Chapel Bible College and later graduated from a yearlong discipleship school in San Diego. She later joined the HSE leadership team and then the IMPACT195 School of Ministry leadership team serving in various roles as a mentor, registrar, counselor, back-packing trip leader and international impact trip leader to Haiti, Nigeria & Oaxaca, Mexico. Naomi has also helped to lead teams to Belize, Chile, India, South Korea and El Salvador. Naomi has been married to Cisco for nearly seven years and has two daughters, Serena (sixteen) and Ariel (ten months old).

Danielle Demko

Director Training & Development, Rock Church

For more than a decade, Danielle has served full-time in ministry on staff at Rock Church and as a short-term missionary to Juarez, Asia, Kenya, Uganda and the Cayman Islands. Currently serving in HR as the Director of Training & Development, Danielle is in place to come alongside the staff for to help them grow in a myriad of ways. She also serves to help bridge the IMPACT195 School of Ministry staff as they pour into their students and interns . As a former collegiate athlete in women’s volleyball, she thrives on bringing life experience, commitment to team and a belief in community as foundational components. Her son, Thatcher, currently plays hockey for Boston College.

Greg Lloyd

LIFE Groups Assistant Pastor, Rock Church

Greg has spent the last seventeen years serving the community as a Fire Captain for the City of San Diego. His life changed in 2009 during a visit with friends in England. God revealed to him that although he had dedicated a lot of his life saving lives, it wasn’t as nearly as important as saving souls. During his career, Greg has gained extensive experience developing and implementing training programs for firefighters, which he now puts to use equipping students and graduates of IMPACT195 School of Ministry. Greg has served in the mentoring and academics program prior to serving as the Rock University Coordinator; he is also a member of the pastoral team at Rock Church. Greg has been married to his wonderful wife Debbie for the past seventeen years; who also serves at the church. They are blessed to have two wonderful children, Sam and Tyler.
